Cooper Consulting Solutions (CCS) provides aviation and construction safety, project management, and field leadership support for complex, high-risk projects. We believe a strong safety culture begins at the executive leadership level and is carried through management, supervision, and the craft performing the work.
CCS helps organizations translate leadership expectations into consistent field execution through planning, accountability, risk management, and continuous improvement. We partner with organizations to strengthen operations, lead complex projects and programs, implement technology, improve safety, and provide the experienced leadership needed to move critical initiatives forward.
Based in Mesa, Arizona, we serve clients across the United States. Our team brings hands-on experience in aviation, construction, semiconductor, data centers, electrical, heavy industrial, oil and gas, and mission-critical environments.

Morgan Cooper

Morgan is a leader and U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 15 years of experience helping teams navigate change, solve difficult challenges, and deliver results. Throughout her career, she has led complex programs, enterprise technology initiatives, operational improvements, customer partnerships, and workforce efforts across aviation, construction, financial services, and technology. What has always mattered most to Morgan is the people behind the work. She believes strong relationships, open communication, and a willingness to truly understand a challenge are what lead to the best solutions. That belief inspired Cooper Consulting Solutions a company built around partnership, trust, and being willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the people you serve.
John Cooper Jr.

John has spent over 25 years in the construction industry building more than projects he’s built teams, developed people, and earned a deep understanding of what it takes to get difficult work done safely and successfully. His approach to leadership comes from years in the field, where trust is earned, communication matters, and the smallest details can make the biggest difference. John believes the best solutions come from understanding how the work actually gets done and listening to the people doing it every day. That perspective is at the heart of what he brings to Cooper Consulting Solutions: practical experience, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to helping clients create safer, stronger operations that work in the real world.
